I hope you will denounce the projects of the dictatorial regime during your visit to Djibouti. Djibouti needs a political change. You know, there is no free press. There is not a free television channel, no free radio and no free newspaper. Everything is under control dictator. No way to protest and express our discontent. Torture and imprisonment await us. Youth is tired of being humiliated by the police force. We need political alternation. The dictator has missed its policy, national and international. His policy will lead us to misery and civil war. No 4th mandate. Yes Africa without a dictatorship. Yes this new conscious youth. Yes to democracy. Long live Africa
