Not bad bargain if Kashmir can be got by Islam in $ 2 Billion

---- Three developments on Friday namely (i)- Press release of Geelani asking Kashmiris to prolong Bandh (ii)- OIC inviting Mirwaiz to put Kashmir case during UNGA and (iii)- Reports of money transfers from Pakistan to Kashmiri separatists – have clearly indicated that if Islam is prepared to spend ~ $ 2 Billion then Kashmir can easily be taken away from India by Islam, as explained below :-
(1)- This time (rather first time) after killing of Hizbul commander Burhan Wani on July, 8 (after which ~ 75 have been killed, ~ 10,000 injured ~ 200 eyes injured by pellet guns and curfew for over two months) Kashmiri society (including youth including girls) are on street and are demanding freedom from India. Even when curfew is lifted life does not come to normal because all the shops and other business are closed as Hurriyat has given call for Bandh / strike. Separatists (and their mentor Pakistan) have obviously smelt blood and they know that if Bandh can be prolonged for few more months (or even for one year) Kashmir will get independence. May not be the assimilation of Kashmir (including PoJK) in Pakistan but Islam will be happy if one more country is carved out of Hindu majority India [as happened in case of Bangladesh which was supposed to (but did not) come back to India in 1971 though ‘two nation theory’ collapsed which was the basis of partition of India in 1947].
(2)- Hurriyat leader Geelani in his press release said - “[No fight can be won without people sacrificing their lives and livelihoods. We closed our businesses and shuttered our shops. Our laborers, masons, transporters, shikarawallas, ponywallas, carpenters, weavers and others are at the forefront of the struggle, sacrificing their livelihoods. This is the struggle of every soul----farmers, doctors, teachers, school children and government employees]”. Clearly Hurriyat wants Kashmiris to prolong their Bandh and protest on street [which (including stone pelting) can easily be carried out by youth who are free to do it as schools and colleges are closed].
(3)- The only problem is from where Kashmiris will get food during this one year of Bandh. But it is not a major problem. Out of population of ~ 6 million in Kashmir ~ one million can sustain themselves economically for one year. Remaining ~ 5 million (~ one million families) can do if they get Rs 10,000 per month or Rs 120,000 for one year (which is ~ $2,000). This for all Kashmiris comes to ~ 2 Billion which Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) can easily manage through its member countries (as OIC is not only sympathetic towards but practically supporting the demand of Kashmiris for independence).
(4)- Here it is pertinent to add that OIC has reportedly sent an invitation that –“[OIC has the honor to inform you that the annual Coordination Meeting of the OIC Foreign Ministers as well as the Meeting of the OIC Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir will be held during the 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) at the UN Headquarters in New York, on 19-22 September 2016. In this regard OIC has the pleasure to invite you to attend the above mentioned meetings in New York, as invitee]".
(5)- As far mode of sending this money by Islam to Kashmiris the Indian media reported that government of India (GOI) has unearthed details of anti-India activities across the border. Hafiz Saeed is seeking donations from Pakistani people through his outfits Jamaat-ud-Dawa and Tehrik-e-Azadi-e-Kashmir and in last 4 months ~ Rs 165 million has been sent by him in 156 bank accounts in Kashmir (hence GOI is inquiring the matter). But now alert OIC / Islam will not send huge money to only 156 account holders. After ‘Jandhan Yojna’ (a program of GOI) every family in India has bank account hence this meager money of Rs. 10,000 can be sent every month in these ~ one million accounts of Kashmiri families in order to avoid legal hurdles. If this also does not work then ‘hawala’ transaction is always available.
(6)- This leaves only one option with GOI. Pakistan have tried to retrieve Kashmir militarily in 1947, 1948, 1965, 1971 during Kargil, proxy war etc. Hence unless GOI similarly starts retrieving PoJK without any further delay (first by talking to Pakistan and if Pakistan refuses to handover PoJK on table then to retrieve PoJK militarily) only some miracle can save India from losing Kashmir (including PoJK if not Hindu Jammu & Ladakh region of J&K).
Therefore entire world will watch with great interest whether India will go for retrieving PoJK (which may even lead to Realized SAARC or Realized Common Wealth as both India and Pakistan are nuclear countries) or India will remain as martially deficient as ever while Islam snatches Kashmir from Hindu majority India only at the cost of ~ $ 2 Billion.
