Simplistic Ban Ki-Moon rather should press for action against prison escapee through plane hijack by Jihadi terrorists

-- The views expressed in ‘The Times of India’ on January, 20 by UN General Secretary Ban Ki-Moon in an article ‘Unite Against Violent Extremism’ are general in nature (known to everyone in present age) and welcome. But unless guilty of glaring cases of terrorism are punished as per law there is no possibility of countering Islamic terrorism. Hence world community should understand that if Islamic terrorism is not countered by Indian State then private armies (allegedly against Sunni ISIS) of Hinduism (with tacit support of present union government under strangulating influence of Hindutva forces hence not demanding Maulana from Pak) will take control of India as reported by leading newspaper at - http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/15000-strong-dharma-sena-in-Uttar-Pradesh-readies-for-war-with-Islamic-State/articleshow/50646587.cms - which will plunge entire South & South-East Asia East of Shia Iran (having ~ one billion Muslims mostly Sunnis and ~ one billion Hindus) in bloodbath. Hence Simplistic Ban Ki-Moon rather should press for action against prison escapee Maulana Masood Azahar through plane hijack by his Jihadi terrorist colleagues.
In support of global war against terrorism India should do it but on its own coward, over-conscious (due to Nukes of Pakistan, a white man’s burden in any case) and irresponsible India will not do it. Hence the USA (which is popularly believed to be behind Christmas day Modi, Nawaz meeting at Lahore, Pakistan in order to resume stalled Indo - Pak dialogue) should take-up with GOI the matter given in following open petition to Chief Justice of India about Maulana - if leader of free world the USA is REALLY interested in eradicating terrorism (including plane hijacking by Jihadi terrorists) from the world :-
